Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. If there will be a significant delay, we will contact you via email or phone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping charges for your order are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on your delivery location.
Free shipping is available on orders over $150 (or the EGP equivalent at checkout).
Estimated delivery times:
- Within Egypt: 2-5 business days after processing
- International: 7-14 business days after processing, depending on destination and customs
Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues, customs processing, or events beyond our control.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email. You can also track the status of your order from your account or by contacting us with your order number.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
For international orders, your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the shipment reaches your destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.
Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your order arrives damaged, or if it does not arrive within the estimated delivery window, please contact us right away so we can help resolve the issue.
